Kinnikinnick is a Canadian brand that has been making gluten-free products since 1991. Kinnikinnick makes finding quality products that meet your unique dietary needs, easy. All of their products are free from tree nuts, peanuts, soy and dairy. They also make it easy to find which other allergens may or may not be in their products. Their website clearly highlights which products contain yeast, sulphates, sugar, corn, eggs, mustard, and others.
I love a brand that not only makes great quality products; but is also transparent about what exactly, is in those products and understands how critical that information can be for their consumers. Kudos to Kinnikinnick for getting this very right.

Kinnikinnick White Bread : Score 49/50
This is one of my favorite Kinnikinnick products, a perfect fluffy white bread that can be enjoyed as is, toasted, or used in recipes. I love using it for my sage stuffing, stuffed boneless chicken thighs, and bread pudding pancakes. Click/tap image to enlarge.
Kinnikinnick Hot Dog Buns: Score 48/50
Hot dog buns are a quintessential part of summer BBQs. Having a delicious bun that holds a hot dog well and blends in with the hot dog and condiments (like gluten-free ketchup and mustard) is exactly what you’ll get with these buns. Click/tap image to enlarge.
Having reliable replacements for buns, flour, etc… helps ease being gluten-free and makes life feel more normal. These products are a great staple to keep in your gluten-free pantry.
