We live in a gluten world so adapting to a gluten-free diet is challenging. I can happily tell you that it gets easier with experience. You get more and more comfortable being able to suss out the (hidden) gluten over time thanks to the tips and tricks you learn along the way. We put this guide together to help you better understand/improve/shorten the gluten-free learning curve but you still have to be prepared to put the effort in. There is no way around that. Have you heard the saying, “nothing worthwhile comes easy”? Keep it in mind. I can tell you as someone who has Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivities, the effort is very worthwhile for me.
We see this guide as an ongoing work in progress.
