Finding great breakfast options when gluten-free, can seem like a challenging task. However, there are many delicious and safe options for you to enjoy. That is why today, we are sharing the ultimate gluten-free cereal list.

When you’re gluten-free, you quickly learn that cereal is more than just a great breakfast option. It can be a reliable snack or meal when traveling. Check out these easy gluten-free snacks on-the-go ideas for other snack options.

There are many other sources of gluten you may not think of right away. Here are several lists to help to navigate the world of gluten-free:

Even though we have vetted the products in our guides, we still recommend that you read the labels, because manufacturing formulations can change between countries or factories. Also, manufacturing processing can change over time, which could impact cross-contamination, this would be reflected on the label. Please be sure to determine if it is safe for your own personal consumption. Also, products that are labelled gluten-free are clearly labelled on the list. Other products do not contain gluten in the ingredients but are not labelled gluten-free.

  • Cheerios
    • Each serving of Cheerios products in Canada are gluten-free, as defined by the current regulatory standard of containing less than 20 ppm of gluten. While Gluten-Free Cheerios products comply with the gluten-free standards in Canada and the United States, we have made the decision to remove the gluten-free label from our Cheerios products in Canada until the government agencies publish consistent testing protocols for products containing oats. At this time the product is not changing, just the label on the box (in Canada).
  • Chex– All varieties are labelled gluten-free except the Wheat Chex
